Full-Time, NYC

Auxpanel serves a variety of dental practices and as a member of our Customer Success team, it's your job to help our customers define, track, and hit their targets.

An ideal candidate is comfortable with numbers, can keep meticulous notes, and knows how to keep their cool. Most of your day will be spent emailing or chatting with our customers about specific metrics or lists. You will also help our customers build reports or ensure that their data is error free. Occasionally, you may also collaborate with our dev team to deliver new metrics or enhancements based on customer feedback.

UI/UX Designer
Part-Time, Boston or Remote

Auxpanel prides itself on delivering intuitive design and user experience in the information dense space of analytics.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is comfortable using Adobe Illustrator to produce vector mockups and assets. An ideal candidate can anticipate and prevent user confusion through thoughtful design that lowers cognitive load.

DevOps Specialist
Part-Time, Boston or Remote

Auxpanel maintains compatiblity with various vendors across a variety of environments. As a DevOps Specialist, it is your team's responsibility to ensure the security, cost-efficiency, and uptime of our infrastructure.

You should be comfortable working with all of the following contexts or environments: AWS, Docker, Windows, Linux, Sqlite, PostgreSQL, and Node.

You should also be able to analyze logs and debug or optimize code in C#, Javascript, SQL, Bash, and Rust.

During normal working hours and on occasion when others are off duty, you will need to be available to address unexpected system failures.

Backend Developer
Full-Time, Boston or Remote

Auxpanel is looking for a backend developer to join our team. Competence with Node, Bash, Sqlite, PostgreSQL, and Git is a must. As a backend developer you will be responsible for the ETLs that analyze our customer data and the API endpoints used by our webapp. Previous exposure to ETLs and data warehouse concepts preferred.

Frontend Developer
Full-Time, Boston or Remote

Auxpanel is looking for a front developer to join our team. As a frontend developer you will be responsible for building out, extending, and refactoring new features. Competence with Javascript, React, HTML, CSS, SVGs, and Git is required. As part of our team you may need to context switch often, so experience staying organized via a kanban board and feature branches is preferred.
